• Archers: Full name, email address, phone number, gender, date of birth, club affiliation, and bow category.
• Organizers: Organization name, city, official address, logo, and contact details.
• Scorekeepers: Name and login credentials assigned by the tournament organizer.

b. Tournament and Scoring Data

During archery events, we record:

• Tournament entries, category divisions, and target assignments.
• Arrow-by-arrow scores, end totals, set points, shoot-off results, and timestamps.
• Qualification rankings, elimination brackets, and match progression.

c. Payment Information

Payments for event registrations and subscriptions are processed directly through secure third-party payment gateways (such as Mayar). We do not store complete credit card or banking credentials on our servers.

d. Device and Log Data

To keep scoring stable and troubleshoot connection issues during live events, we automatically collect basic technical data such as browser type, operating system, IP address, and connection status.

We use your data strictly to operate and improve the platform:

You can update your personal profile information anytime through your account settings. You may also request account deletion by contacting us. Please note that completed tournament match scores cannot be altered or deleted, as they form the permanent official record of the competition.
