How to Buy Goods on the Marketplace
A complete guide to finding, purchasing, and receiving archery equipment from the archeris.net Marketplace.
Find Products
You can find the product you want in several ways:
- Search — Type a product name, brand, or keyword in the Marketplace search field.
- Category Filters — Use the filters in the sidebar to narrow results by category, price, or item condition.
- Recommendations — The Marketplace homepage displays popular products and editors' picks relevant to your interests.
Reading Product Details
Before purchasing, check the product details carefully:
- Product photos — View from different angles. Photos that are blurry or very sparse are worth being wary of.
- Description — Make sure the specifications, size and material meet your needs.
- Store info — See store ratings and reviews from previous buyers.
- Stock status — Make sure the product is still available before adding to your cart.
Checkout & Payment Process
- Click Add to Cart or directly Buy Now.
- On the cart page, double check the list of items, quantities, and prices.
- Select delivery method (regular courier, express, or pick-up).
- Enter a complete and correct shipping address.
- Select payment method: bank transfer, virtual account, credit/debit card, or digital wallet.
- Click Pay Now and complete the payment before the deadline.
Track Order
After successful payment, track the order status in Dashboard > My Orders. Status that may appear:

| Waiting for Confirmation | The seller is processing your order. |
| Processed | Seller prepares shipping package. |
| Delivered | Package on its way. Receipt number available. |
| Completed | Goods received and transaction completed. |
| Canceled | Order cancelled. Refund processed. |
Confirm receipt of goods
After the goods arrive, check the condition of the package and the contents of the shipment. If appropriate, click Confirm Received in the order details. This step is important because:
- Payment funds will only be disbursed to the seller after you confirm.
- The transaction goes into the purchase history and can be assessed/reviewed.
If it is not confirmed within 7 days after the "Delivered" status, the system automatically considers the item received.
Returns & Complaints
If the item does not match the description, is damaged, or was sent incorrectly, submit a complaint before confirming receipt via the Ask a Problem button on the order details page. The archeris.net team will mediate and the final decision follows the applicable buyer protection policy.
