Profile Management & Settings

Overview

The settings page on archeris.net is the control center for your digital identity. Here you can ensure that the information displayed to the public remains accurate, maintain account access security, and adjust the comfort of the dashboard display according to your preferences.

Managing Personal Data

Each account type has a different information focus during the profile update process:

• Archer: Complete athlete data such as full name, primary bow type, home club, and a short bio to build your portfolio of achievements.
• Organization: Update the organization's official identity, vision and mission, brief history, and FAQ information so that potential event participants get clear information.
• Seller: Manage your shop profile to increase the trust of potential buyers in the marketplace.

Profile Photo & Banner

Professional visuals help your reputation in the archery ecosystem. You can upload:

• Avatar/Profile Photo: Used as your main identity on leaderboards and platform interactions.
• Banner: Background image to beautify your public profile page (especially for Organizations and Shops).

Tip: Use images with good resolution but light file sizes so that your profile can be loaded quickly by other visitors.

Security & Password

Protect your account by regularly monitoring your security status in the Settings tab:

• Change Password: Update your password regularly with a strong mix of characters.
• Login Method: If you registered via Google account, you can see the connection status here.

Change Email Address

For security reasons, email address changes require additional verification steps:

1. Enter your new email address in the form provided.
2. The system will send a verification code (OTP) to the new email.
3. Enter the code you received to confirm that the email is yours.

After verification, your login email address will automatically change to a new address.

Theme & Appearance

Each user has different display tastes. In the user settings section, you can choose between Light Mode or Dark Mode for your dashboard. Choose what is most comfortable for your eyes when managing archery data for a long time.

Public Page Controls

Especially for Organization accounts, you have full control over which parts you want to display publicly. You can set whether the organization's Vision-Mission, History, or FAQ appears on the front page of your public profile via the Page Settings menu.
