Your Archer Profile is your digital identity on Archeris. Here you can store your personal information, bow specifications, contact details, and competition achievements. The most critical piece of information is your gender, which is used to automatically filter and display categories that match your profile (Men's, Women's, or Mixed) during tournament registration.

1. How to Access Your Archer Profile

After logging in, go to Archer Dashboard > Profile. Your profile page has two tabs: Personal Info & Specs and Bio & Achievements.

Start with the Personal Info & Specs tab to set up your identity, bow preferences, and contact details.

2. Filling in Personal Information & Photo

In the Personal Info & Specs tab, complete your core identity data:

  • Profile Photo: Upload a clear photo to help organizers identify you at the venue. You can also upload a banner image.
  • Full Name: Enter your full name as it appears on your official ID. This exact name will appear on tournament scorecards and e-certificates.
  • Username: Choose a unique username for your public profile link (e.g., archeris.net/archers/your-username).
  • Date of Birth: Used for official age-category verification.
  • Gender: Select Male (Putra) or Female (Putri) to automatically filter available tournament divisions.

3. Setting Bow Division & Shooting Preferences

Set up your archery preferences:

  • Primary Bow Division: Select your preferred bow type (Recurve, Compound, Barebow, Traditional, Horsebow, or Standard Bow).
  • Hand Dominance: Select Right-Handed or Left-Handed to help organizers arrange shooting line assignments comfortably.

4. Adding Social Media & Contact Details

Connect your contact information so organizers can reach you for important event updates:

  • Email & Phone: Primary contact channels for registration invoices and event notifications.
  • Emergency Contact: Name and number of a family member or guardian.
  • Country & City: Your current location for regional tournament suggestions.
  • Social Media: Add links to your Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, or other social profiles.

5. Writing Your Bio & Recording Achievements

Switch to the Bio & Achievements tab to showcase your competitive journey:

  • Bio: Write a brief overview about your archery background, training routine, or competition goals.
  • Achievements: Record tournament titles and podium finishes, highlighting your top 3 achievements on your public profile.
  • Tournament Stats: Displays total tournaments joined and confirmed podium finishes automatically.

Remember to click Save Changes after editing your profile.
