2. Blank Field Scorecards
Before competition commences, organizers can prepare physical scorecards for each target butt:
- Prepopulated Athlete Details: Each card includes the athlete's full name, club, target butt number (e.g., 04B), category, and shooting distance.
- Scoring Grids: Formatted with 6 or 12 ends containing individual arrow boxes, end subtotals, cumulative totals, and running 10s and Xs.
- Signature Lines: Designated verification signature lines for the archer, scorer, and target judge.
3. Filled Scorecards with Signatures
After scores are entered into the platform, organizers can generate filled scorecards:
- Displays all recorded arrow values, ten counts, and X counts submitted from the field.
- Useful for dispute verification, judge records, and physical archiving.
4. Official Qualification Result Sheets
The official qualification result document displays the complete ranking list for each category:
- Rank Number: Official seeded rank (1, 2, 3...).
- Athlete Data: Name, back number, and archery club.
- Session Breakdown: Score S1 (First Half), Score S2 (Second Half), Grand Total Score, Total 10s, and Total Xs.
