The Tournament Reports & Analytics dashboard in Archeris provides organizers with real-time operational visibility and financial transparency. Located under Dashboard > Tournaments > [Tournament] > Reports, this module aggregates participant registration data, venue check-in records, and payment transactions into clean, filterable views ready for audit and committee reporting.

1. Overview of Tournament Reports

Running a successful archery competition requires continuous monitoring across two key operational pillars:

  • Participant Operations: Tracking registered athletes, division distributions, club delegations, payment statuses, and on-site venue attendance.
  • Financial Operations: Monitoring total entry fee collections, payment methods (QRIS, VA, bank transfer, cash on desk), verified receipts, and transaction reconciliation.

Archeris organizes this information into two dedicated tabs: Participants (Peserta) and Revenue (Pendapatan), with instant search, sorting, and flexible filtering controls.

2. Participants Report & Roster Tracking

The Participants tab gives you a unified master roster of every athlete registered for the tournament. The table displays:

  • Archer Profile: Full name, gender, age category, and contact details.
  • Category / Division: The competition event the archer is entered in (such as Recurve Men 70m, Barebow U-15).
  • Club / Contingent: The archer's club or regional delegation name.
  • Payment Status: Live payment badge (Paid, Pending, Unpaid, or Failed).
  • Venue Check-in: Real-time attendance indicator showing whether the archer has presented their QR code and completed on-site re-registration.
  • Registration Date: Timestamp of when the entry was submitted.

Organizers can click the detail icon on any row to inspect individual athlete records, payment histories, and uploaded transfer proofs.

3. Revenue & Transaction Financial Ledger

The Revenue tab serves as the official transaction ledger for the tournament. Each entry represents an individual invoice or payment record:

  • Reference / Invoice No: Unique alphanumeric transaction reference (such as TRX-INV-2026-001).
  • Payer / Archer: Name of the individual athlete or club manager who completed the transaction.
  • Payment Method: Breakdown of channel used (Automated QRIS, Virtual Account, PayPal, Manual Bank Transfer, or Cash on Desk).
  • Amount: Total nominal amount in IDR or tournament currency.
  • Status: Settlement verification status (Paid/Lunas, Awaiting Verification, Pending, or Refunded).
  • Payment Date: Exact timestamp when funds were settled or verified.

4. Multi-Filter & Custom Date Range Tools

Both report tables come equipped with a comprehensive filter dialog triggered by the Filter button:

  • Date Range: Filter records between specific start and end dates using the integrated calendar picker.
  • Category: Narrow down to specific tournament divisions.
  • Payment Status: Isolate paid entries from pending or unpaid registrations.
  • Check-in Status: Filter for checked-in athletes versus pending arrivals on competition day.

5. Exporting Data to CSV

Organizers can export report datasets at any time by clicking the Export CSV button located in the top toolbar:

  • Participants Export: Generates a full CSV file directly from Archeris, containing complete participant profile details, athlete codes, division classifications, and payment timestamps.
  • Revenue Export: Downloads a spreadsheet with all invoice line items, payment channels, transaction references, and settlement timestamps for bookkeeping reconciliation.

Exported CSV files can be opened directly in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, or custom tournament software.
